After checking out all the smart door locks on the market, I purchased this door lock and glad I did. Functionally it's terrific with various methods of unlocking (PIN, finger print, key tag, physical key, remotely via phone/app etc). Multiple pin assignment types (anytime, restricted date/time etc, one-use etc) each assignable to a unique name so you can tell who enters and when etc. All openings and closures are reported within seconds via the phone app, including identifying which username/pin/finger print etc opened the door which I think is a great security feature. Design is the most appealing to me of all the "smart locks" I checked out, particularly with the push/pull handle mechanism. Battery life is better than I expected too. I always hated carrying house keys and haven't since purchasing this lock. I don't carry keys at all anymore which means I can't lose them either! That in itself is worth it to me. Also something worth noting, is the support from Digital Door Locks (at no additional cost!) has proven quite helpful and represents great additional value.

The Samsung smart lock has been reliable and quick and easy to use. And if you have any issues or questions the servicing team have been lovely to deal with and quick to rectify any issues. Highly recommend this product!

I love this Samsung smart lock. It is high quality . It's also save some cost from having free installation promotion which is really a bonus. DDL arranged locksmith for installation. So, its saved time and stress free to find locksmith to install it. The locksmith Daniel is very nice, professional and patient to show me how to use the smart lock. The lock has auto lock function that gives me peace of mind on forgetting to lock the door. The Wi-Fi connection to the lock gives some useful and handful functions on my phone.
